| MID joint booth The Research Association 3-D MID participated for the fourth time at the SMT/Hybrid/Packaging 2014 from May, 6th - 8th at the exhibition centre in Nuremberg – Europe’s largest event for System Integration in Microelectronics. At the joint booth in hall 7 / booth 601+ 603 19 companies and institutes provided latest serial applications and informed about the current status of the cross-industry technologies on an area about 500 m². |
MID-Gemeinschaftsstand Zum 4. Mal in Folge präsentierte sich die Forschungsvereinigung 3-D MID e.V. auf der Fachmesse SMT/Hybrid/Packaging vom 6. – 8. Mai 2014 im Messezentrum Nürnberg – Europas größter Veranstaltung für Systemintegration in der Mikroelektronik. Auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand in Halle 7 / Stand 601+ 603 gaben 19 Unternehmen und Institute auf einer Fläche von 500 m² einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der branchenübergreifenden Technologie und zeigten die neuesten Serienapplikationen. |
